The usage of electric vehicles (EV) increased in recent years as the design and performances are nearly similar to petrol vehicles. main source energy for EV is taken from grid charging. So, penetration EVs alternating current (AC) creates more power quality issues like voltage sag, swell harmonics current. This can also be produced renewable resources photovoltaic (PV) generation. PV used direct (DC) grid. vehicle chargers which come with intelligent operation considered load this paper. paper an attempt discuss AC/DC hybrid micro causes problems, problem mitigated by using unified conditioner (UPQC). results analyzed three cases four scenarios based on function UPQC action smart charger connected well autonomous mode when dynamic load. simulation carried out MATLAB2017b environment
